Aim

This poster is designed to display cultural, technological and the diversity of human culture in today’s modern society. The main aim for this poster is to showcase all facets of human existence.

Benefits

The benefits that this poster provides to the target audience is a snapshot look into the life of human existence here on planet Earth. This poster will endeavour to showcase different sides of human life. The first area is cultural. The poster will display male and female bodies of different ethnicities. The ethnicities to be displayed will be humans from all continents show casing their different aspects different looks from hair to skin tones. This will be done to display that planet Earth is made up multicultural beings. Another element that will be included is the word “Hello”. This is the international greeting that unites all countries. This will be displayed in different languages and symbols to showcase again the Earth's diversity and multiculturalism .The next portrayl of human life that will be included is technology. Technology is ever changing and growing it is such an integral part of human life therefore needs to be included. Self-reliant equipment such as computers and apple products such as iphones and imacs will be on display. It is important to have these products in as they are part of everyday life. All these areas are important aspects to be added as it is the primary reason for creating this poster.

Target Audience

The target audience this poster is targeted at is any form of human life within our Milky Way, as this poster will be sent into space any alien form of life within our surrounding area. It will communicate information about human life in present time and will hopefully be a bridge of communication.

Site Structure

The Structure of the poster/ plaque will be simple. As it’s is going to be a source of communication for alien life form it should not be complicated and straight forward. That is why only 3 elements of modern human life have been chosen to be portrayed. The poster will keep to this format so it is not over whelming.

The first poster sent into space in 1972 saw a naked man and woman drawn in counter line. This poster will have a much more fuller look at Earth bound human life and will be a photograph. A photograph will be used as it shows human life in its truest form.

The photograph will have different ethnicities brought together, holding different forms of technology in the palms of their hands. Underneath them will be the word hello, within their native language.

Each person will be dressed in traditional native dress , hands out holing a form of communication they use in life. THIS SHOWS HOW WE AS HUMANS COMMUNICATE.
